The Online Café is a fun and engaging 3-country initiative that brings together Japanese language speakers (Nihongo-jin) to explore the cultures of Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Held online on the first Sunday of each month during JLfest, each session features a theme where participants discover cultural similarities and differences, complete a task together, and make new friends — all while communicating in Japanese!

This is a public event, open to both registered and non-registered JLfest 2025 participants.
